Punch up your Walk - how heavy are your weights?
I've just started using Leslie's Punch up your Walk, but had the DVD delivered without the 1lb weighted gloves because of the exorbitant shipping costs to the UK.
I've started out with 2 lb hand weights, but my shoulders were totally fried for days afterwards! I used to use 3lb-5lb weights when I did separate upper body weight training workouts! I don't really want to drop down to 1lb weights as I don't feel my upper body will get much of a workout.
Anyone else using weights heavier than 1lb?
