LaBlast cardio dvds on sale

Louis Van Amstel's new cardio dvds are out at lablastfitness.com.

I caved and ordered the 5-DVD set.

I also caved and ordered Barre Concept (from the UK) this week.

2012 off to a roaring (vidiot) start!

Thanks for sharing! I'm a huge fan of Louis on DWTS, and have been waiting for these to come out. I ordered the DVD set too. It's $49.90 (+tax) for five DVDs and free ground shipping if you order before 1/16. According to the description, it's three progressively complex dance cardio DVDs and two toning DVDs. No lengths are stated for the cardio DVDs, but the toning ones each have six 15-minute workouts. If that means that all DVDs are around 90 minutes long, that's a good deal.

dickensgirl, I ordered Barre Concept from the pilatesunion.com website. There was no choice given for NTSC format, so I assume it's a PAL video. I have a portable DVD player that handles the PAL format--but Iwill not be able to see it on my TV set Don't know when it will arrive, either...
