Apparently this series was designed by a physical therapist named Robert Forster. That makes me wonder if he's built in some PT exercises or exercises to strengthen rotator cuffs & so on, like Denise Beatty did in her Fitness Fix videos.

Has anyone checked out his Facebook page? Any more details?

I e-mailed Karen Voight to see if anything was scheduled for 2012 and got this reply:

"Karen may come out with new workouts in the Summer of 2012.

Louis Van Amstel of Dancing with the Stars has his LaBlast cardio fitness DVDs coming out in January (with presale expected this month).

And I am also hoping that BeyondBarre will offer something soooooon!
