Check-in: Barlates tighter assets day 16. This one is my favorite. It uses light weights, squishy ball, and light ankle weights. The pretzel variations are fun while killer. The legwork is all standing, like barre with large movements.

The weather is fake spring round 2. Next week will have lower temps and rain.

Today I did two shorter Fitness Blender upper body strength workouts. I won't be able to work out tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

There's a contra dance in Monterey tonight. I haven't gone in a while, due to a series of excuses: tornado warning, rainstorm, fatigue, laziness....
Will check in later.

Too exhausted after a day of chores. I'll do back Pilates at bedtime.
