Lost those last 3 pounds with intestinal flu: UPDATE

Yeah, I know, I'm probably dehydrated, but it sure is fun seeing those numbers on the scale!

Now I'm so glad I kept some easier workouts and can't wait to get started with them in the next couple of days.

Did you know there's a pre beginner Leslie one mile walk (Walk with Me) on sale right now at Mary's for $1.99?

Also plan to use Jane Fonda's recent strength training workout.

I think this was a 5-Day virus that's been going around here inTexas - anyone else had it?

Congrats! Enjoy the numbers! And I'm so glad you're feeling better. Stomach flues suck.

I did have to laugh, though. I was reminded of the line from "The Devil Wears Prada" - "I'm one good stomach flu away from my goal weight.".

I currently have it. I can't exercise at all. I'm in so much pain - I'm nauseous, dizzy. This stuff sucks

So sorry to hear that. I didn't have pain, just diarrhea. Still not quite over it. Consuming only clear liquids and white bread. I won't do any exercise until I feel 100%.

I think the pain is from the bloating/gas buildup. I'm hoping it will pass soon. Sorry your sick too. Hope you get better fast

I have a friend that was down for the count for almost a week wtih what we though was food poisoning at first but purhaps it was a stomach virus after all. He's in Norfolk Va. but then bugs I guess can travel if someone in transit has it too.

I lost six pounds in one weekend the last time I had a stomach virus.

I hope everyone in Texas is feeling better soon! (In the meantime, we're going to do a flyover with disinfectant.)

I have a sports drink like Gatorade on hand in case I have major fluid loss. Doctor told me about this long long when I had dysentery, and noticed it made quite a difference in my well-being.
