Are the add-on (Weight Loss set?) DVDs worth the extra $30?
I just ordered the whole shebang. I've been waiting for a program that puts the fun back into exercise and hope this is it. Will report back after I try it!!!

Ohh thanks for that! I wasn't sure what it stands for but knew it meant repeat moves. I now know!

I have the add-on sets and have previewed, but not actually done the workouts. There was no "sexy" talk in these and I would not consider the moves provocative. They look like a lot of fun! Yes, there is a lot of TIFTing, but I think it's necessary to learn the moves (and I consider myself pretty good at learning dance choreography).

I like TIFTing in dancey workouts because the moves are usually fun and you get to do them again. These look really interesting. I may have to rejoin kineticflix to try them out! I love dancey workouts.

I did Crazy 8s again this morning along with the Bonus workout, Hold Your Own. I'm having so much fun with these!

There's zero "sexy" talk in Crazy 8s. I agree with alydinva that I don't find the moves to be provocative but that's a very subjective thing. As for the clothing, I think it's much tamer than what you see in most workout videos. Most of the women wear form-fitting clothing (but some wear loose clothing) and there's a few sports bras. A few women wear "short shorts" but they also wear sweaters tied around their waists so there's no accidental "cheek" sightings. I appreciate that I haven't spotted any cleavage yet.

During Hold Your Own, one of the moves has the word "Booty" in the title so that may bother some. But I got the distinct impression that Shaun T was going out of his way to avoid "sexy" talk throughout this one. He kept saying things like put your "personality" into it and telling the women to put some "femininity" into the moves. But he blew it in the last minute or so when he seemed to forget himself and said "sexy" twice

I've only done a "Level 1" workout but I was surprised by how much I was sweating and how high my heart rate got up. Even though you're learning new moves you really don't stop moving. It's certainly not Insanity-level intensity but it's definitely more intense than I was expecting.
