Yes, that's what I think too. Workout 4 (challenge) included burpees and pushups, but I actually came to like burpees. Workout 3 was half TGUs and squats for about 25 minutes or so. It starts out easy but with the right size kb it gets to you at the end.
Workout 4 challenge

5 single rows each side
10 burpees
15 pushups
20 swings

Preferable no rest and do it for 10 minutes straight.

come on you guys who are you trying to kid????? I watched the clip on this guys website and I see what's got you hooked! It's that Hot man without his shirt! Whew!

no crazy fast intervals... cuz you go at your own pace! for example.... during the challenges they will tell you what exercises and how many.... then doug and the two girls will go through them.... they leave the list of exercises and how many up on the right hand side of the screen along with the count down timer.... owen coaxes you along.... doug goes really fast on his push ups and rows but the girls go at a better pace... they get out of sync but that's because they and you are supposed to go at your own pace... also taking short rests if you need (although the goal is to finish the challenge with no rest.

the breakdowns are all earlier in this thead.... starting around page 22 (with a 10 post view)
