yoga on Roku box
For those of you with a Roku, here are the latest yoga channels and apps:
FREE: YogaVibes and My Yoga Online beta (recently added, beta is free, channel will have a subscription fee) PAID: Namaste Yoga 1 & 2 (one time only fee for each and are really nice), Sportskool Yoga, the Gymbox, Daily Burn, Gaiam TV (tempting!)
