FD- may I ask where you got this from? And did you just get the videos? I know it used to have the barbell as part of the package.

Cathe RWH. By far one of my best purchases ever.

Edge Booty Extreme 2. Just wish the workouts were shorter.

- Full step with extra rizers (Brand new for really cheap!)
- Extra plates for my barbell/adjustable dumbbells.
- A.M. & P.M. Stretch by Madeleine Lewis
- Stretch & Joint Mobility Therapy by A. Fletcher
- Ballet Blast by Jennee, a real blast!
- Kathy Kaehler Basics Workout Class Step DVD ($1.99)
- Cardio Dance Flow, got it from Walmart at (CAD $5.75) and I really the bonus stretch with the foam roller.

I also got a few workouts people seem to love just have not got into them yet.

But yeah the whiteboard is excellent for writing my own circuits on and keeping track of reps.
So glad I'm not the only fitness nerd with a whiteboard.

I usually have 3-4 LWF workouts written on the whiteboard at any given time and do them as finishers, or sometimes when I only have a short time I do one or two and call it a day.

I also sometimes make my own workouts and write them on there. Glancing at the whiteboard feels so much smoother and faster than stepping over to look at my notebook. Probably only saving seconds though.

Great thread.

For me the wins this year were:
EBE 2
KBKB Scorcher, Body and 7 Day Lean series'
Cathe Live
P57 one month online subscription

And then my ongoing workouts like more HDM and ART.

Wow, I just checked Amazon and Total Fitness DVDs and I haven't ordered a single dvd all year. That's very unlike me (usually it's one or two a month). Nothing really stood out for me this year, so I've just continued using what I already had.

ETA - For years I signed up for the no-buy challenge and failed. This year, I didn't sign up and I finally "won"

Oooh, I wanna play, too

I didn't buy it this year but, I started off the year with the original P90. It really got me motivated again (I'm down 45 lbs total & not looking to lose anymore)
Jari Love Get Ripped & Chiseled-it was my first Jari & I her. I always feel super energized instead of wiped after. Two super sweet VFers gifted me 2 more. Love 'em.
But #1 has to be a Firm step I snagged at Goodwill for $8. It's a workhorse. Used as a step, ramp, & a bench. Plus, my kittens use it as a toy. I may also have used it as a step stool

Hands down finding Linda Woolridge. Might be the best in 15 years. Even if they were more expensive yet they are not I would still love them. There is absolutely not one workout where I'm ever checking the clock. Plus they really deliver results! If she called and said leave your life and come train with me I so would!
