Good morning everyone! Today was Kickbutt Strong Bear, and Leslie's Walk Your Way Thin/Walk Off Even More Weight classic walk, with the weighted belt.

I ran eight miles. I am taking my computer in tomorrow night to get fixed! Yay!! I ordered Physique 57 without a working DVD drive and now I will be able to do it when it gets here. I am so excited...wonder if it shows.

I did the Quick Fix premix from Amy's Hi-Lo Extreme. It clocked in at 45 min. I forgot how much I love Amy's floor cardio. Later I plan to do 30 min. of Slo-Mo upper body and some abs work, possibly Tracy Anderson's PP workout.
