Today’s workouts:
~Qi Challenge Day 22
~20 min gentle rebounding
~Pilates for Low Back (Pilates Live): Another gentle practice with good form reminders.
~Yin at the wall on my own

Beth - I am using my rebounder more these days & bone building is the main reason.

Pat - Love the owlet story! I’m glad your hygiene appointment wel well.

SB - Ugh sorry about the dental appt dread factor & I hope it goes okay.

Donna - I hope you get some R&R this weekend to recover from your work event.

Margot - Glad you enjoyed Pilates Live. It’s a bit dry, although I usually find Pilates a bit dry TBH, but her instruction is good.

Waving to everyone!

Good morning! It's very brisk here but sunny. Supposedly it may reach 70. I'm meeting up with my niece, nephew, and four of the grand niece/nephew persuasion at a beach in Rhode Island later. Grandniece Emily is driving down from Maine with baby Seamus. Can't wait to see him! I've never been to that particular beach and am looking forward to exploring a new spot, and seeing Seamus's reactions.

No exercise here, I spent the day napping, reading or binging on ACG&S, and nibbled my way through a tub of Kozy Shack tapioca pudding. Better switch back to green smoothies and yogurt right away.

Beth, there is a correlation between AI diseases and gums, some kind of inflammatory crossover. I tried figuring it out but the medical journal articles made me cross eyed.

Pam, Pilates can indeed be dry! But it's so good for us.

I hope everyone has a great start to the weekend!

Good morning!

Yesterday:

54 minute outdoor walk

We're in a lovely streak of spring weather right now but I think it's going to warm up to the 80s by Monday. I have a hair appt soon but hopefully I get out to walk later.

PAT, glad you liked your new dental practice. I think I had that gum planing done years ago. Not fun. Enjoy your day at the beach with family

PAM, good therapeutic workouts. I feel better just reading about them

BETH, good workouts. It looks like JV is on the back burner for now? You gave her a nice run. I hope to start the KCM rotation soon. I rarely stick with anything so this will be interesting.

Waves to DONNA, MARGOT, ROSE & DIANE.

Have a great day!

Hi Everyone,

Today, so far:

Ellen - Barefoot Cardio
Trifecta Pilates - Feel Good Flow

I enjoyed both of these!

It is cloudy and chilly here - but otherwise not bad - good for a lazy day.

Pat - your day at the beach sounds like it will be nice and I'm glad the dentist was a success.

Hope everyone has a nice Saturday!

Donna

Today’s workouts:
~Qi Challenge Day 23
~20 min Low Impact Rebounding W/O (Jump&Jacked YT) - This was good, liked the music & no talking, modified a few higher impact moves
~Pilates for Low Back (epilates online): Another gentle practice with good form reminders.
~yoga on my own, seated, reclined, & at the wall. I finished with supported fish & legs up the wall.

Pat - Enjoy your family beach visit! Yes, Pilates can be dry, kinda like taking your medicine but it is effective.

summer breeze - Enjoy your warm weather!

Donna - Nice workout combo, perfect for a relaxing day.

Waving to everyone!
