A couple of summers ago, i used the Original Squeeze 4 times a week and i had great results! I lost 3 inches off my hips and and inch from around my waist. Granted, i kinda "overdosed" on it though, and i havent used it much since...but at the time i loved the workout and was really surprised at the results.

What has always worked for me:

kickboxing
power-walking

It maybe that I also need cardio to help me lose the fat around the hips but it works

Walking 3 to 6 miles a day slimmed my hips and thighs.

Not really, though I found it very helpful. There are 2 background ladies in these that use a sturdy chair for all the moves. I found Bar Method really made a difference with my saddlebag area. (or as my DH called them, my "points"...they were a bit extreme!)
