Burn Body Fat & Sculpt Your Arms: The 3 mile workout has about 45 seconds of jogging in the second mile. The others don't.
I also love all three of the American Heart Association (AHA Start!) walks. They're sold in Target if you want to pick them up. It's three workouts on two DVDs.
