Burpees and repetitive drills in general.

Going around and doing a whole series a second time a la Atletica.

Hiphop music. It's not a move but I can't tolerate it.

I haven't given away many. I get such a good idea here and on sites like YouTube and Collage whether a video is for me or not. I've made up my mind not to buy a lot of videos that have too much of a move that I don't like or that just seems unsafe to me. I remember almost buying a few step workouts until I saw them jumping all o er the step. I didn't buy the last set od UR workouts because when I previewed them, I saw people jumping on and off the rebounder. Yikes! No thanks. I also avoid burpees, jumping lunges, backflips etc. If I'm missing out on something because of that, so be it.

High impact moves during the warm-up. "Welcome to my workout; let's start warming up with jumping jacks!" Ugh!!

Bad music
Terrible camera angles (this isn't MTV, we need to see the whole body, from the front)
"I Lied!" I don't like liars
Lunges that are too fast, especially bending-over ones that kill my back

Janet Jones did that in Firm classics V 2. I still do that workout, but it makes me use profanity.

Too many burpees or mountain climbers. After awhile its plain boring.

Too many creative moves done too fast (Jillian's Ripped in 30 is like that, I still occasionally do the DVD workout but I curse a bit!).

Air jacks and scissor lunges. I hate them with a passion and I'm not buying any more Cathe because of that!

Fast burpees. And jumping on one leg. I can't keep perfect form on these things and the momentum that the movement generates ends up hurting me.

Too many repetitions of the same set/series of movements in a cardio or metabolic training workout; I really don't even like to repeat a set twice, but will put up with it since it's not unreasonable to do two sets. I think Insanity is one of the worst offenders in this category, however I will forgive Shaun T. for just about anything.

Any abdominal exercises where you balance or roll around on your seat - like Boat pose. My tailbone can't take it. Ouch!
