Vintage, funny enough, I recently watched "Burn After Reading"! It wasn't great, but it was sort of amusing. The Brad Pitt character was hilarious.

I don't know what video is being played but I remember on Criminal Minds S1E4, the opening scenes show a woman doing a step workout in her bedroom. Maybe a CM fan knows what step video it was. I do remember telling my husband the woman following the video wasn't doing all the steps right.

ETA: IIRC, the villian's girlfriend is doing a video workout (Tae Bo?) in the original Road House movie.

I saw that episode too and it's been discussed a few times in a couple prior threads.

Someone in one of the threads consulted imdb and "it's a step workout by Teri Ann Krefting".

Never heard of her.

I spotted a CIA step video in an episode of Narcos Mexico once! Garrie A. identified it as Joan Pitt's segment from CIA 9804.

I'm currently watching The Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix. One of the characters is a fitness guy and hosts/performs a streaming workout called, "BillT" . In one scene he is using loop bands to do firewalkers.

I keep forgetting to take note of what season it is, but in the first episode of one of the seasons of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders - Making the Team (the first episode is when they show the open auditions where the women trying out do a freestyle dance) one of the people auditioning is doing a dance sequence from Tracy Anderson's Dance Cardio DVD!! It's the Dance Cardio DVD that was kind of the companion of her original Mat workout. I recognized that dance right away, lol!! I guess at least the girl came with a plan, but she didn't make it to the next round

I want to say it's Season 11, but I'll update this post if I figure it out in case anyone is curious.

ETA: Found it! I was close, it's episode one of Season 12. Blonde-ish girl in blue and white leggings, starting right before the 25:00 mark!!
