Couldn't tell from her site, everything just says STS on her site that I found.

Chime in.
STS = Shock Training System

STS is Shock Training System. Just dug a little deeper on the site.
DOMS is Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, for better or worse.

Thanks for the words.

ETA: Sorry, Nat. We were posting at the same time.

DOMS stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, as far as I know.

STS is Shock Training Sytem, I think, not sure.

Good job, Renda! This will be very helpful to newer folks. They won't have to struggle like the rest of us did.

Psst... It's Eoin Finn, not Eion Finn; see http://www.eoinfinnyoga.com/. (Yes, I've made this mistake myself, and you would not believe the outrage! )

Some more for the master list:

Evolution = production company run by Marcus Irwin, known for international presenters and creative choreography

NROL = The New Rules of Lifting (book by Lou Schuler & Alwyn Cosgrove; shorthand for their style of weight training)
NROLW / NROL4W = The New Rules of Lifting for Women (book by Lou Schuler & Alwyn Cosgrove with a rotation for women)

QF Rx / QF RX = Jill Miller's QuickFix Rx (not to be confused with the Quick Fix series or Ravi Singh & Ana Brett's Yoga Quick Fixes)

TIFT may also be written as TIFTT

TTD = Jill Miller's Tension Tune Down series

YTU = Jill Miller's Yoga Tune Up method / series / website

And a nitpicky suggestion you can take or leave: I'd move 10MS = 10 Minute Solution series up into a number category, as I'm not sure many folks will first think to look under M for it.

I'll add to Cuddlebug's list
OOP out of print
TIA thanks in advance

Forgot to say thanks earlier for putting this together. Yes, ask WWWendy to sticky this in the FAQs. There was an earlier list of abbreviations, but it hasn't been updated lately and isn't as thorough, since it lacks the instructors commonly discussed on a first name basis, which is almost as confusing as the abbreviations sometimes!
