I'm feeling much better, thanks for the well wishes. It lasted about a day and a half, so not too long thankfully. I haven't worked out last week or this week yet, but am planning on starting tomorrow.

We have a storm coming in this evening with some rain (hopefully). It cooled it down by fifteen degrees, so that is wonderful. It's supposed to get hot again this weekend, but still about five to ten degrees cooler than it has been.

MT, I'm glad school is going well and the kids are doing great. That's nice that you still have football and the band can play.

Sorry I've been so bad about posting and replying!

Workouts were pretty much nothing this week after starting off strong. Tue was groceries,
Wed cleaning, Thu errands and starting Halloween decorating, yesterday was pretty much all decorating, only really stopped for meals. We only walked in the morning. But my village is all up as well as most of the other indoor stuff. Outside will wait a couple weeks and I have to trim bushes before I can put lights on them. My dad is here for a week so I probably won't be posting.

Have a great week and waves to all!

It has been a very busy week here with company. A close friend of DH's who comes out for about a week every year. He is a good easy guest. Thankfully likes dogs. Trooper loves him. Belle is very wary but better than she was last year. He left this morning and DH is out working so I'm being lazy this a.m. Enjoying quiet and slowly getting post company household tasks done. I kept up with my walks while he was here and some other exercises but not much in the way of youtube or videos.

Sherry, I'm glad you are feeling better,

MT, glad to hear that school is going really well!

Vannie, your decorating sounds like fun. Enjoy your time with your dad!

I started working out again this week. Shorter Jessica you tube workouts. I did my volunteer hospice filing twice this week to make up for missing last week.

Katie, your house guest sounds like a nice comfortable type of guest.

Vannie, I'm glad you have your Halloween village up. For some reason, that cheers me up!

Katie, I'm glad you don't having company. Someday I'm going to just show up at your door step!!

Sherry, I admire everyone who works for hospice. It is definitely a calling.

Vannie, I have been thinking about putting out my Halloween stuff. You have inspired me! As always

I've been a bum this weekend. I spent the day in my chair cross stitching.

Have a great week!

MT, Trooper will love you, Belle will be wary.

Sherry, I agree with MT, I admire those in hospice as well. My MIL was in hospice for quite a few years and it was amazing how she/we were helped at all levels.

Vannie, are you seeing some changes in the trees yet? Our Ash trees are changing right now to various shades of yellow. They are my favorite.

I had an awesome massage yesterday. I was feeling like the tin man and the massage really helped! I got a nice walk in later. Belle zoomed all over the place. I think she was celebrating our guest being gone. She really isn't a good hostess.

MT and Katie, thanks! Although I work in the office, and don't visit with the patients. I do the filing in the office. It is sad though, to see the files come in and go out. I agree, it is a calling, and I admire the volunteers who visit and help the family. I also admire the CNA's, who help the patients with their daily needs.

We are starting to see things slow down a little from our very busy time of year here. Things will pick up again in about three weeks so I'm hoping to get caught up with other tasks during that time. My diet has been pretty bad with lots of extra food around for work crews and company. I'm hoping to get back on track and I think DH would like to as well so that should make things easier. I'm getting back into a couple walks a day and more youtube clips. I already got my walk in earlier this morning and I'm so glad as it's gotten very windy and is supposed to stay that way for the rest of the day.

Sherry, are you still involved with the census taking?

MT, Has football/band been able to get going again?

Vannie, have you gotten some good hikes in recently?

Wishing you all a great Sunday!

We are still working really hard. I am about three weeks ahead in recording and planning. Of course, I change my plans at least once a week. The kids are great.

We have had three home junior high games and one home high school game so far. The band has to be between 6 and 12 feet apart depending on the instruments. The kids had a great time. When we have away games they are streamed on youtube so we get to watch them from our couch.

We have finally had a break in the awful heat. It has been nice outside.

Have a great week, Friends.

Hey, guys. My dad left this morning for home so I'm feeling kind of blue. Not sure if I'll accomplish much but that's okay for today. I was going to (for real) start CLX and running but now I'm considering the CLX/TurboFire hybrid rotation with running. I'm not happy at all with my abs and I was remembering how much kickboxing does for them. I need to decide so I can start today.
