The lower body has a 3 minute stretch at the beginning and end -- which means approx. 14 minutes of strength work. There is cardio briefly interspersed (walking in place leg lifts) but she explains this is to stretch the muscles and work off lactic acid. But, no, I would not consider it cardio.
These are very unfussy moves, fairly quad-centric, and move at a nice clip. I did not find it that challenging, but I imagine adding weights would make it quite nice.... But is it long enough for you?
The abs one has a very cool move, btw, though she also does real sit-ups.
I like Dove a lot -- no-nonsense, form pointers, and excellent cuing -- but, as I said, these just didn't flow for me as a 50 minute workout. They may work for you, though, and it's not like they're absurdly expensive or anything.
