Carol, thanks! She's so sweet and certainly keeps me moving. I'm trying to attach a picture of her from New Year's Eve. Let's see if this works.

Donna, I'm glad you're feeling better!

Oh, the look in her eyes! There's nothing like the love of a dog or cat.

Hi Everyone,

VF loaded for me this morning!

I didn't do anything this morning - I had a home maintenance appointment, and again, didn't feel like rushing. I will try to get something in at lunch today or this evening. For this week anyway, I'm just going with what I feel like doing and will see if I feel like following some sort of "plan" next week.

Christine - your doggie is so cute!!!

Dana - I hope you are not sick....

Polina - that was quite a start to the day!

Waves, buffmama and Carol.

Good morning. I had an awful night and tested positive for Covid this morning. Ugh. Another crappy beginning to the New Year.

Ugh, I'm sorry Dana. It seems like everyone is going to get it at least once.

I hope it isn't too bad and that you recover quickly.

Dana - I get that confrontation isn't always the way to go. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
Christine - Love the fur baby photo.
Polina - I really am having fun with Justina. I did a dance cardio I would never have done on my own and a rotational strength which was good. The next days I will have to do recorded.
Waves Carol, Donna.

Today was Kat Coats Intermediate FB - 18 min, filmed outdoors
and Move with Heidi Coles Beg/Int Core - 8 min. I got a late start as buff boy has been keeping me up.

Dana, oh no, I hope you recover quickly! I was quite miserable for the first 3 days when I got it, but then it got better pretty quickly. It's only the coughing that is still around.

Christine, she's so cute!

Buffmama, I'm glad you're having fun with Justina I'm looking forward to her kettlebell program once I fully recover.

Today I did day 2 of Kara's COOOC program. It consisted of 3 videos: 8 minutes warmup, 17 mins minutes of upper body work with light weights and 5 minutes of elevated pushups / tricep dips. It didn't make me grumpy and had the right level of intensity.

Waves Carol and Donna!

Hello,

Walk (45 min)
MVMT w/Cailin - Core Fire (17 min)

Thanks, everyone! She really is so cute, gentle and sweet!

Dana, oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! I hope the symptoms won't be too bad.

Polina, nice workout! I'm glad it was the perfect one.

Buffmama, is that your son?

Donna, I hope everything went well with the appointment. VF has been loading better for me lately. Fingers crossed!

Carol, I agree! The love of my fur-babies is the best.

Today's workouts were

Outdoor Walk - 30 minutes;
Jessica Valant Pilates - Full Body Pilates Workout - Gratitude Focus - 20 minutes & Beginner Weight Series: Upper Body 2 - 20 minutes;
Jessica Smith - Seated Stretch - 10 minutes

Obviously I had time on my hands today and our weather was really nice, in the 50s and almost no wind. The calm before the storm...

Two of these were new to me: JVP's Full Body Pilates Workout - Gratitude Focus & JS's Seated Stretch. JVP's pilates workout was what you would expect from Jessica, filmed in Hawaii. JS's Seated Stretch is one of the three stretches Jessica posted this week with her mom. I really liked this one; it had some different and effective chair stretches. I noticed that Jessica has uploaded 3 new weight workouts with her mom - a full body, an upper body and a lower body workout. All are right at 30 minutes each.

Waves ~
