Personally, I'm done with "new" and "improved" fitness gear. I'm sticking to the classic stuff I already have, which is plenty.

I may be wrong, but I'll bet this comes with a few DVDs and then no further workouts will ever be created for it.

I actually still use mine when I don't feel like using my bosu. To be honest sometimes I just stand on the thing because it automatically makes you tighten up your tummy just to stand up and not fall off. I also like to do pedal jogs on it from side to side. It's good too for doing planks! I said all of that to say that I still enjoy mine and you can use this in place of a bosu if you have bosu dvd's as well!

Hope that helps!

I'm still using mine a lot too. It's a little more stable than the Bosu (only because both my feet fit on the top a little better) yet it still provides a good balance challenge. It makes step pretty intense because it is about 10-12 inches tall. I agree that Bosu workouts are great on it as well as any fanny lifter or high step workouts. Between those workouts, I have about 18-20 workouts that I can do on it. Plus, I can do high impact moves on it instead of a rebounder if I want to. I really like it!

I'm with LuckyStar! I need more fitness gadgets like I need a bout of the flu and you can bet there won't be anymore workouts made for it.

Hey Tigger, would you mind listing some of the wos you are adapting please ?
When I got it last summer, I left the country and I am just recently back and we just moved to a new house but I confess I left the 360Step in the garage because I have no dvds for it. I felt most of the step ones were too fast to do on it ( I had to use it on a very slippery surface - this might had been part of the issue )
Thanks so much !!!

Samantha, I think I've done all of Cathe's high step workouts with it. I've also done the strength portion of Michelle Dozois's Ultimate Workout and the high step portion of Stephanie Vitorino's Ultimate Body Shaper. I've done the Firm's Cardio Sculpt and Complete Aerobics and Weight Training, and while the step portions are more intense (and yes, seem fast on the unstable surface), I enjoyed using it for these. I did find it hard to do Rob Glick's Cardio Combustion (I think that's the name) because of the step height. I'll have to go through my Bosu workouts and see if I can remember what I've used. I also use it for lots of burpees and mtn climbers because I don't always like doing those on the floor. I use mine on a 4 x 4 antifatigue mat so it doesn't slide or move at all. I would definitely feel nervous using it for step if it was sliding on the floor.

Thanks so much Tigger , I think I have some of the ones you mentioned but - and it's ironic - I think I left these particular dvds in Italy while the 360Step is here in US I might have the Cathe's though, will check the boxes asap
Yeah

I see the clip is up of this Step360 at Collage and I kind of want it.....(sigh)

I could use it for all kinds of things, including what a few stated above. I don't have a bosu and this looks nicer.
