Something similar to Hip Hop Ab's <-- corrected title

Is there a single DVD (not a set) that's similar to HHA's? TIA

I did get the HHA's, the first set and Level 2. Is Zumba Exhilarate easy to use? I'm not a dancer nor coordinated but I picked up on HHA's pretty easily. TIA

Might get a lot more responses if you spell out HHA. I come here every day and have no idea what you are referring to.

Yes, that's the actual name. Thank you.

I will see if I can correct the title.

Disco Abs is similar to Hip Hop Abs. It has good music, but you have to be into disco music

Zumba is the closest thing I've seen that comes to HHA (I knew what you meant). The new set has a basics DVD and another one that breaks down the moves then you get into them faster. Zumba is pretty repetitive, but do the legs first and once you have those down, add the arms. And remember - all moves are to an 8 count.

I love Disco music. I think I had an individual DVD back in the day when I was even less coordinated than I am now.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will take a look.

One of the fun things about Dance Workouts (even live Zumba classes) - it's okay to not get it completely. Just move your hips, and have a blast.
