I just did the joint mobility workout (the standalone one) and I feel really good and stretched! I really liked it. It is about 20 minutes long. It has some things I like - frog, scorpion stretch, down dog, childs pose and some other unique stretches (for me anyway since I don't do many stretching videos). My back, shoulders, hips feel nice and loose. I say its a winner!
