Hey Red - In post #12 above, Diane said that the Collage clip of Bar Method Designer Sculpting features the pretzel. Is that what you saw?

Reviving this thread to mention that I recently acquired Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates and she does the prezel in the 10 min hips (or is it buns?) segment.
