She does that and I think what happens by the look on her face that she realizes she didn't do enough reps of the one exercise and then goes back to finish. Plus the next exercise she does do I think she does it on the wrists and during the first round she does it on her elbows. It took me 5 days to catch it. So, your set is fine.

You're right Cheryl. Thats exactly the exercise I'm talking about. The first time she does it in with her arms straight and then she does it as she did with the first leg with one arm straight and the other bent. I'm glad its not just in my set. I just thought it was strange and a little confusing

That is not the only mistake. On the first set of leg lifts, on your side, she does 39 on one side and 35 on the other side. The count is little off on most of the leg lifts. I have been counting (and hitting pause) on my own.
My dvd says Day 11-20 though, not 11-18. I hope the next progressions aren't as messed up but I think I'll continue doing my own counting. |

Yea, I caught that on the first day of level 2. It seems like there is someone else in the room. She kind of looks up, then realizes her mistake. Seems like someone told her. Also, sometimes, it seems as if she dancing for someone in the room by looking at her expressions. But, maybe it's all my imagination.... Lol

lol that's not even the worst of it hun. I am on level 6 of abcentric, and level 5 of Omni. Cont. so I've done quiet a bit at this point of her. She sometimes will do moves totally different from side to side, or in omni forget to do the same move on both sides at all. Be aware of it, roll your eyes, and then do what I do and that is just rewind the first side and redo that one on the first side. I don't do that with all levels, but the really bad ones I do to keep everything even. It works fine. It's annoying, but not bad. It also gives you a little breather for a second with out feeling guilty
