Anyway, it's a shame because her workouts look to be technically sound and I really liked the aesthetic of them

Yes to all of this.

Did she delete some of her newer upper and lower body workouts? There is only 4 each - I thought she'd been doing them longer than that.

I too gave up because of her constant deletion of workouts. I would preview one and get it lined up for next week and then when ready to go I'd find it had disappeared. Not worth it.

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear that! I loved that program and would certainly have done it again sometime.

ETA I just looked at the post about it and how patronizing, "I know you hate change." I actually really liked the lack of verbal cuing; it was very zen, and after lifting for thirty years, and given that she uses basic exercises and moderate pacing, I found it easy to follow.

I do not understand her attitude. Is it a Canadian thing?

I just went to her channel and saw she has changed the name from Lift With Cee to Cheryl Coulombe.

Yes, I noticed that too! Weird. She also doesn't name her videos consistently. She really needs to stick to a brand. Changing the channel name makes no sense.

I've seen other people change their channel or podcast name. In many cases it's confusing. I can see why Dr. Bri changed her channel name, bc she does videos about pelvic health for both men and women and the channel was previously named FemFusion. But some of them I don't get.
