There are three workouts a week one upper, one lower, one full body. They are long but I have the time and enjoy longer workouts. I love this program. I came by it accidentally when I was searching for a long foam rolling routine. He’s got a great full body foam rolling routine that’s 1 hour 20 minutes long.
