TA Mat Workout for Beginners:
Dark set with lights in the baseboards, she's wearing black top with red pants and red shoes.

I've read that some use her Pregnancy Project as a starter to TA also. It has 9 workouts on it.

Can anyone comment on her Targeted Training Bootcamp DVD?

I've seen the TA crowd in her FB group refer to Targeted Training Bootcamp as being really close to her live streaming classes. I have that one too but have never tried it LOL!!!

Hahha I have most of them! And now I'm debating whether I should drop what I am doing currently or add in some TA just to see what happens!! The results mentioned above have me curious!!!!!

MoFirmer, you're cracking me up!! Do it, do it, add them in! I'm curious about how eventmom is using them too right now. I'd suggest a check-in but I have a hard enough time keeping up with my current check-in! But I am curious.

I'm injured in two places now (UG, what the what???) and off heavier weights for the time being so I'm doing Cathe cardio when I can, my beloved PBOD (Pilates Barre OnDemand), and now TA, and I plan to start adding in/revisiting Ballet Beautiful which is kinda similar in a way to some of the TA stuff. Figuring out where and how to fit everything is the challenge.

Eventmom, I do have a question on Continuity as I've seen different things and am totally bewildered, even though I'm nowhere near needing that set...is that a set of DVDs or multiple sets of DVDs, separate from Meta, or how do you purchase that?

And also, major, major kudos to you for having done that much with Meta/Continuity, etc. I've only done the Meta 1-10 workout (on YouTube) just a few times and am wondering when I'll get through all those leg reps without needing a break in that fourth set. And it's just the first workout! Because it's YouTube, some commercial breaks happen and rather than get annoyed, I get happy because I can rest my screaming legs for a few seconds!

In the words of someone, can't remember who, maybe Debbie Siebers, "Doesn't look like much, but it is!" And then I remember it's only going to get harder.
