How is Michele's DVD set up? The description says two 25 minute workouts with different kinds of work. Do they seem very different in the way they work or just different moves?

Also, if you look at the large photo of the back cover on TFDVD it looks like you could set up a workout that does just the leg and glute sections of both workouts if you felt that gluttonous. Would this be uncomplicated to do and would you actually want to?

It's set up on a menu to play all, play the Mega Moves, then Mega Moves Abs play the Master Moves, Master Moves Abs with a warm up and cool down. (also seperate). If you go straight to the indivdidual workout you miss out on the cooldown/warm up

you can't skip. it's all... works together. lol

Thanks, daisy. Then is it not actually set up as two 25 minute workouts? You would need to Play All and then skip chapters to make these short routines?

I did not really care for her Kettlebell workout. She does not use a kettlebell for any of the exercises, so I am not sure why she calls it a kettlebell workout.

An advantage in acquiring Split Sessions is that you also get an upper body workout and great premixes.

Hmm...PLGA looks interesting. Does anyone have the breakdown of the workout? Thanks.

Ok, got the answer I needed.

I had Split Sessions when it first came out and sold it. I did *not* care for the upper body workout (love KCM but her weight work tweaks me wrong), but I was missing having that really killer 30-min. lower body workout.

I had managed (thus far) to ignore all the raves about PLG&A....but I think I will go ahead and cave on it. I have 2 more weeks until I finish my RKS rotation...that gives my trade-ins time to clear at amazon, time to place the order and it to ship...

Thanks for the feedback.

It is a great workout--short, too, for when you need it, or great as an add-on. I don't think those of you who are getting it will be disappointed!
