I've lost fifty pounds!
Hi,
Okay, I"m going to brag-the scale (that dreaded piece of metal) finally showed a fifty pound weight loss this morning ! The last few pounds have been creeping off in half pound increments SO slowly. I'm so excited! I still have a lot to go, but this is a major milestone for me. Thanks to everyone here for their support with exercise, and answering my millions of questions! Thanks, Sherry |
