David Beckham's trainer's fitness tips

Some ideas are familiar, others may not be. She gets into numbers.

Shona Vertue is awesome! I bought some of her workouts on Vimeo and they are great for glutes activation. She also has a ton of free material (including full-length workouts) on her YT channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCw3...hMF-MbF1cluGCw

Fuzzie, can you recommend any of her Youtube videos for glute activation? That's like my Achilles heel!

I got sucked into watching her curly hair video...sadly the product she recommends is $$!

Pratima - I mostly use the 20-minute Glute Activation Workout from Vimeo (it's quite cheap and you can download it): https://vimeo.com/ondemand/vertuemethod/ When I did Pvolve (or before going for a walk when I have been sitting too long), I also use this short warmup that has some of her glute activation moves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVuuWcE3qho

And I really like her curly hair tips too!

Fuzzie, am I reading correctly that it's $20 for 20 minutes??

I actually tried part of her curly hair technique and it really worked for me! Didn't hold up well the next day though, so I need to experiment.

Oh that's for all four. Looks like the individual workouts are $5.24. Hmm
