Today was Cathe Live-Double Trouble (3/25/21). This is a really good weights workout. I have a hard time with some of the legs section because my knees start to protest, but I got it done!
Bita-I was thinking, you might like to try Cathe Live. It is $9.97 per month, or $120/year. There is a 15% off coupon for a year (I think it's SAVE15). I checked on the app: there are 169 strength and toning workouts, so plenty of variety. You probably would not like her barre--to me, it's more like athletic stretching. I think she's more of a strength, cardio, kickboxing kind of instructor rather than barre or yoga. Per the app, she has 341 workouts on there in all, and I have liked most of what I have tried.
Cathe is much more down-to-earth in these and less styled with makeup, etc. Before Covid, she had a class of people who fumbled around like I do (that was encouraging). Right now, it is just Cathe.
