Cathe/Walk/Swim/Yoga/Barre April 2021 Wildflowers

Hi All-

Just thought I would start us off. Nothing yet today, but hopefully later.

Today was barre, walk and yoga.

Hi!

I'm back at it today. I truly took some much needed time off. I did zero work other than answer the occasional email. However, I did do tons of stuff at the house: stained and finished the front porch columns, finally finished painting out my trim in our bathroom we renovated two years ago , started painting on our new outbuilding we built - painting it to match the house and trim, stained the doors and columns on it, and did some yard work. No formal workouts, but I was sore nonetheless!

I'm planning a workout of some sort and walk this evening. Thanks for keeping us going y'all!

Jen- That was quite a workout you got doing work at home. Boy, I could use your help

Bita- thanks for your steady consistency!

Today was swimming. I love it! The water was fine. It was a bit breezy and very chilly when I got out, but well worth it.

Hi All-

Today was Cathe Live-Double Trouble (3/25/21). This is a really good weights workout. I have a hard time with some of the legs section because my knees start to protest, but I got it done!

Bita-I was thinking, you might like to try Cathe Live. It is $9.97 per month, or $120/year. There is a 15% off coupon for a year (I think it's SAVE15). I checked on the app: there are 169 strength and toning workouts, so plenty of variety. You probably would not like her barre--to me, it's more like athletic stretching. I think she's more of a strength, cardio, kickboxing kind of instructor rather than barre or yoga. Per the app, she has 341 workouts on there in all, and I have liked most of what I have tried.

Cathe is much more down-to-earth in these and less styled with makeup, etc. Before Covid, she had a class of people who fumbled around like I do (that was encouraging). Right now, it is just Cathe.

Jen, I think you like these too--correct?
