Free Pilates stuff in Special K

I think this offer is only available in Canada, but in Special K products (cereal and cereal bars) you can get these Pilates products: 20 minute arm toning pilates DVD; total body toning Pilates DVD (20 min)., a 2-pound mini Pilates ball (which you fill yourself with water, sand or salt). I got the two DVDs but chose to pass on the Pilates ball because I didn't want the hassle of filling a small ball with stuff. Walmart has these Go Walking products and one of them is a 3-pound and 5-pound mini ball (like the Pilates balls) that come filled with sand. They are soft and squishy and resemble Karen Voight's green genies. I will use them in the new TLT workouts and also in Karen's Great Weighted Workout.

DH bought Special K due to the Pilates w/o that came with it. Although it was called 'Beginner's Pilates', I can adapt it using weights - good filler for me.

It is an English women - black hair with a white streak - same?

The Pilates DVDs being offered by Special K are the Stott Pilates ones.
