I can't find any reviews. Anyone own it?

I'm pretty sure I have this - and didn't care for it on preview. I'm still traveling at the moment, but when I get home, if I have it - it's yours.

Thanks. There's supposed to be a tough ab section in workout. I want to test it out.

I have it, but I haven't done the entire DVD.

The abs section is a typical Method-style ab routine. The upper body toning section is very good if you're interested in Pilates upper body work with dumbbells. I haven't done the other section.

Sorry I can't remember anything more specific! I've only done these sections a couple of times - and not recently since I haven't been doing much Pilates lately.
