If you LOVE floorwork for lower body...(a recommendation)
A few weeks ago, I came across a YouTube channel that is a treasure trove of Pilates lower body floorwork. "Moving Mango" is the channel name (though I think it used to be Pilates with Hannah). The instructor is lovely and gentle mannered. Sometimes she's a little quiet (soft spoken), but I just crank up the volume. There's a lot of overlap in moves between workouts, but they're still worth exploring. Hope someone else likes these as much as I do!
https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=...SN-VJhLlJuzt0o (Link is to her lower body playlist - I haven't really used many others) ETA: and yes, she uses the word booty, which I detest in a workout, but she's so darn likable that I'm not bothered. |

I've noticed she (Moving Mango) has a lot of series on her channel. Does she have any kind of beginner series? The thing that has kept me away from her stuff is that I am assuming it's pretty challenging and wrist intensive.
