TV Sighting of a Backgrounder

I know there have been other threads that mention TV/Movie sightings of workout DVD instructors, but I just found a backgrounder on TV

I'm watching the first season of Bull, and in the opening clip of episode 8, a very fit woman is preparing a smoothie, then gets on her spin bike, then swings a kettlebell a few times. I noticed her excellent form on the swing, and realized I knew who it was... Jenel, Dasha's backgrounder on the Kettlebell Kickboxing DVDs. I recognized her form (and her shoulders) before I even recognized her, but then I knew instantly who it was!

I looked her up on IMDB and she has a very impressive career as a stunt woman. Very cool!!

Ok that's cool!

I'd love to see some of my fav backgrounders in a show!

How cool!

I was surprised to see a fitness video background exerciser in a stage show we attended a few years back. It was Randy Doney from Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds series.

The show was the long-running (but now closed) "Palm Springs Follies". The show featured performers who were almost all over the age of 55. Some were in their late 70's. I recognized Randy and then checked the show program.

He's sings and dances! That was fun!

Alton performed, too, and I think he and Randy were life partners.

Not a backgrounder, but Billy Blanks played a tae bo instructor on an episode of ER that was on one morning last week. They never mentioned his name.

Kristin Davis (backgrounder in Kathy Smith's New Yoga) played on Melrose Place and Sex & The City.

And while she wasn't a backgrounder, didn't Susan Powter play on an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air?

Dagney from Winsor Pilates was Buffy’s college roommate in a couple of episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, season 4.

i thought i recall reading that many of the backgrounders in The Firm Classics (vol 1-6) were aspiring actresses/actors. i might be totally off base on this, but i thought i remember reading that either on this forum or Ya's.

Jen Peluso has an iMDB page:

I recall some FIRM workout where she was lifting weights and was very emotive. She grimaced and pulled faces as if she was lifting 50-lbers. It was actually funny!
