Btw, I had emailed asking if any of the workouts listed on the road trip might later be available for download or available on Cathe Live.

I was told that they wouldn't and just thought I'd share with the rest of the class.

I have attended two virtual roadtrips - one was a sampler from Flipping 50 several months ago and one from Kelly Coffey-Meyer in early August. I really enjoyed Kelly's virtual RT and I hope she does it again.

I am seriously considering Cathe's RT simply as a spark to get back on the horse after losing my husband on the 16th. While I am giving myself time to grieve and recover from the stress and strain of it all, I am also struggling with not doing my daily workout routine and maybe this would be a great kickstart.

I am sure Cathe will do a class-A job as always.

Gibbee - I am really sorry to hear this. I know it's been a long journey for you. Take care of yourself.

I think you should try to attend if you want to and think it would be fun. It might be nice to have that time scheduled and carved out for you, and get to see Cathe and fitness friends.

I'm interested. I live in Bangkok so virtual sounds good to me!! Where did you see the info about the $119 price tag? I couldn't find it and/or signup details yet!
