It is out of print. And, honestly, very dated and not their best production. I'd agree with others that Miranda's voiceover is a distraction from the workout. And, as Pam so nicely stated, the method has evolved so much from when this workout was filmed (I think it was 2007). So much has changed.

I'd suggest this workout instead: https://store-us.essentrics.com/coll...h-series-vol-1

I second Jackie’s suggestion, love the Stretch Series.

editing it now. Jackie might have addressed my question that i was trying to ask Pam - Jackie suggested the Essentrics Stretch Series. Might Miranda have done an episode for athletes in one of the seasons?

I love this series as well and use it frequently. Does anyone know if they plan to more DVDs in this series?

Miranda DID do a DVD (NOT an episode) of CS for athletes. I had it eons ago. There were two long workouts on it. I don't know what happened to my copy. I may have given it away.

Editing...there were two. One was part of the Vintage Collection from 2005 Athlete's intense Stretch. That was only Miranda. The second was the Flexibility Workout for Athletes filmed at the Montreal Science Center (same location as Class of 2012 or Sahra's Barre Workout) and had Miranda giving verbal cues via voiceover. Both are out of print.

I'd still recommend the Stretch Series.
