How do you play Cathe downloads?

I used to be able to play the downloads on the TV via a USB port and thumb drive but with her recent downloads this is not working for me even if I convert to mp4 from her original mkv files. What other ways are there to play the downloads on TV? Thanks!

I use my DVD player which is connected to my TV. It is able to read her m4v files. On my TV, I have to convert them to mp4.

I have them on a USB flash drive that's in my DVD player.
I also copied the files on DVDs as backup.

I also watch them using a Blu Ray player that has a USB port and is connected to my TV. Obviously I have them stored on a flash drive.

After I download them, I upload them to my youtube account.
Then I can go to the youtube app on my roku and do any workout downloads I have.
As long as you keep them "private", it should be ok to put them on your personal youtube account.
If you don't keep them private, they may get tagged and taken down.

How do you copy these on DVDs? My DVD player is 20 years old so it doesn't have a USB flash drive. I copied these to DVD but my DVD play doesn't play them.

I think your problem is probably that your DVD payer is too old.
My previous DVD player was not able to read mp4 and m4v files either on a DVD or on a USB flash drive (and it wasn't very old!). My current one can do it.

I don't have any Cathe downloads, but for other downloads that I have, I use the Plex app. You download it for your desktop or laptop, tell it where to find your files and it creates a library for you which you can then play on your TV using their TV app. I have a Roku and presumably, they also have apps for Apple TV or other streaming devices.
