Same ole, same ole!
Hubby and I watched it and felt it wasn't revamped at all. They still pushed these people who hadn't worked out regularly to their breaking points (still puking in buckets). I don't understand that. A nice revamp would have been to ease them into a lifetime of fitness and health. A nice beginner program, one that was well rounded including all aspects of fitness. Versus one that no one should have to maintain to be fit. Plus all the games of below the line, etc. That is silly to me. Why not keep everyone the ENTIRE time and see who the biggest OVERALL winner was? If your body doesn't respond one week, what with all that torture, then you go home. I'm not sure I'll continue watching or not. Plus the woman trainer who claims she was heavy and lost the weight, she seemed kind of "rough" with her contestants. (could just be my perception)
