I just watched the review and the wings browning on one side could be a deal breaker for me. Interesting concept, but I think it’s a bit of a compromise. I’m still thinking....

We do not even eat wings, but I am going to pass after watching the review. I just do not think I would use it enough to make buying it worthwhile.

I can’t decide if I want an Air Fryer or not, but I have read that Instant Pot is coming out with one.

Thanks, Sissy. I will probably contemplate it again when they do!

I had considered getting an air fryer, but didn't want another gadget. This sounds like a really good alternative. Thanks for all the info!

I have the Cuisinart TOA-60 model Ari Fryer/Toaster Oven. It does take up more space than I would like, at about 15" x 16". After a few days of experimenting, I'm happy with the results and use it a lot more than expected. It's used mostly for chicken, fish, shrimp, and they turn out really crispy and tasty. The Instapot one looks very interesting, too.

I have this one, too. I had a toaster oven that I hated so I figured if I didn't use the air fryer, at least I would have a new toaster oven. Mine is fairly new so I don't have tons of experience with it. I am a vegetarian. I love the way it makes tofu. I had looked at the mealthy, but a trusted reviewer said that it was really small.

I really wanted the Breville toaster oven/air fryer, but it was too expensive. I love my Breville toaster oven. (I have 2 kitchens so I need 2 toaster ovens.)

I want one so much but have absolutely no room for another gadget. Maybe if I can sell the old Cuisinart that I use once every five years.

I bought the Breville Smart Oven Air when it came out because it has the air fry function. I don't eat meat, but I roast veggies & bake all the time. It looks much easier to clean my roasting rack than their air fry basket, so I haven't tried it yet.
