Mine are in the mail and almost here.

It’s so good to have them on DVDs. My VHS are all breaking down so I plan to contact Lightyear Entertainment and see if they can release more.

Got my DVDs this week. I have never done these workouts but from everyone's comments they sound like decent workouts.

Hoping you enjoy them. Expect them to be choreographed and with a strong sense of purpose and drama. Theatrical even perhaps. They are nothing like today’s personal trainer athletic moves only style.
Oh and be prepared for interesting workout wear from that time...
