LMAO! He posts circuits on his IG.

I have the Buns and Steel on DVD that a VFer gifted me and it was a favorite. I haven't done it in along time. I should try it soon.

I am going to try to do some floor leg work every day. My knees are not handling all the standing stuff well anymore.

This is going to be a test and hope to see if those stubborn legs tone and feel stronger.
