What is your favorite free youtube workout

I'm just wondering what's your favorite youtube workout. I just searching and there are really many of them I've never tried. I love Blogilates and Jessica Smith. I've tried Befit, but I did not click with it that much. Now, I'm looking at Tone it Up and Pop Sugar Fitness.

Any recommendation what I should try next? I love fusion workout, barre/pilates/yoga.

Do or Can You Download Youtube Videos? I've got nearly no Streaming Speed

I realize you need software (mostly that software is free) to do this.

I have downloaded a few Vimeo fitness videos with a "Download" button. Many do not have these buttons, and my guess is that they are secured. Well, it's not a guess. The source code is written in English, whatever of it I understand.

I certainly give Udemy no business, because many of their offerings are stylized versions and recyclings of Youtube videos, which could have been downloaded if not secured in some way.

So what is the best software to both do this and to unbundle the audio?

I could only wish that this software could download into .wmv files, instead of .mp4 (which is not totally offline and could result in buffering with my lack of speed).

I don't use Amazon anymore. To their credit, Unbox downloads hardly buffer at all; and could even be unbundled into an extremely low-res .wmv file if you want; so it seems to be an overlay if you have Windows.

Bettina,
I use the firefox add-on DownloadHelper to download videos from youtube and vimeo. I don't have any problem playing mp4 files offline.

If any file format doesn't play well on your device, download the free VLC media player which plays everything.

For downloading, I use different methods on different sites.

(there are more posts about downloading but this one is the best for trying to cover all options)

I prefer downloads to streaming because I still use a dvd player for most workouts. Before burning a dvdr with about 8 hours of routines, I edit most of them to remove unwanted moves and replace the audio with MUsic. My favorite video sites are those which have my uploads LOL

ETA: my favorite free youtube routines are from jessicasmithtv but with the audio replaced

This is tough because I've downloaded about 75 workouts from youtube (and vimeo).

When I travel, it's the Essentrics channel. I get up from that strange hotel bed and boot up Sahra and her wonderful short videos. I do several of them to get my body loose and working properly.

At home, it's probably Jessica--and of Jessica, I like her barre, floor barre, and standing abs the best.
