Light Aerobics and Stress Reduction Program is on YouTube, but I hope it gets released on DVD. Maybe if this first batch of videos sells well, we'll get a second batch.

What is the "current name" for her Prime Time Workout?
That one seemed, if I recall from my audio cassette days, to be one I liked a lot. I'd been 31 years old at the time.
If the media have not deteriorated, I would try my copy out on a replacement cassette player. That one had been really good. I, who have The Complete Workout in audio cassette version as well as Compact Disc. |
