Lorajc, I'm glad you can feel open to ask us for support. I have to admit though, I think you should expect more from your husband than your pot belly. I hope you find what you need to get what you need.

It's wonderful not to have any more periods. It's not wonderful having hot flashes that wake me up two or three times a night.
Hey Demeris, Are you still doing T-Tapp? Do you feel that the workouts or anything in her system (skin brushing, alfalfa, oils, etc.) is helping with your symptoms?

Can you tell me more about which machines work? Any results from the red light therapy?

Omg... I can relate to most of these symptoms...lol...I was on HRT for a few months too, but didn't like the weight gain and just being on them in general didn't make me feel good...okay, as to the vaginal dryness...wow! That's something people don't seem to talk about much...it took me by complete surprise...anyone have any good remedies for this? I've heard the Premarin cream is supposed to be good?

My GYN clued me into a great solution. "Vagifem" ...... an estradiol vaginal tablet. Twice a week. Works great!

I've been dry brushing for fifteen years, and it hasn't seemed to stopped the crepe creep. Of course, who knows what my skin would look like had I not been dry brushing. I don't use her alfalfa nor her oils.

I love all of her more recent stuff for the flexibility and the balance--from HHMM & senior fit to the more recent Floor and Floor core (which I ordered and had delivered here in HI). I find that I prefer the pace of her maxi-max extreme to her basic workout or any of the tempos. And for that reason I love barefoot. Now that I'm older, I prefer to go more slowly and really activate the muscles--when I was younger, I could do the muscle activation at tempo--now I seem to lose that activation if I move too quickly.

I also love CS/Essentrics for many of the same reason I love t-tapp.

Maybe this is simpleminded (or dirty minded ) of me but what about Porn for Women? Or...you know...watching World Cup soccer players play soccer? (Ahem)
