Richard Simmons' "The Stomach Formula"

The workouts are on YouTube, and I want them on DVD sooo badly. I'm a doofus when it comes to a lot of computer stuff. I don't know anything about downloading videos or converting them... However, I'm willing to do almost anything to get a copy of this, so I can use it each morning. Watching on a computer isn't an option for me. Where can I go to get help in making a DVD for myself?

Use this link: http://www.clipconverter.cc/

Convert it to MP4 or which ever format you chose.

Enter the video link
Chose the Type of file you want to convert it to
Click Continue
Then Click Start
It will convert the file
Then click download

Works like a charm for me and it's free.

Does your computer have a dvd drive?
If it is a Windows Operating System, you can download and install Freemake Video Converter from
www.freemake.com
which will download and burn the video

If you download and install the Freemake Video Converter, uncheck the boxes for the stuff you do not want along the way.
My blog is loaded with tips for downloading and burning dvdrs.

If no dvd burner, PM or email me your address

ETA: I just did a direct download burn with Freemake but the third day did not burn correctly so am doing the process in two steps.
First I will download and convert the 7 files to MP4 then I will do the burn in a second step and see if I get the third day correctly.

ETA: I downloaded and converted all OK except Day 2 so will download that one alone before burning

Yikes this was challenging!
OK I got it and just need your snail mail address

the youtube videos had the audio and visual out of sync so the dvd's video files are also a bit out of sync but you cannot watch the tv screen when doing mat work anyways
