Having read that so many of you are struggling this winter I have to say I'm one as well. I've been more or less constantly sick, and have dragged around with very minimal energy and not much interest in exercising.
This is why I keep a stack of 'outdoor' workouts because nothing motivates me more than a gorgeous shot of nature and a sunny blue sky.
Classical Stretch, Gilad, Charlene Prickett, Caribbean Workout, Karen Voight (old as well as new), Ellen's
Self workouts and now Jessica Smith (yay!) as well as others. In this category I even include workouts that are
almost outdoors (ex: older Brooke Burke) or include big windows with an outdoors vista (ex: newer Brooke Burke, Erin O'Brien, and Denise Austin's
Burn Fat Fast). They just instantly energize me - it's like a shot of adrenalin! (And I normally don't even *like* Denise Austin.) Matter of fact, they're all I feel like doing throughout most of the winter.
ETA - It doesn't hurt that they seem to all be not-very-intense workouts as well.
Does anyone else feel this way?
