Interested to see this on your "Best" list; I was looking for info awhile back & couldn't find much. I'd love to see a review from you!

It's a really great DVD. Probably my most used. The joint mobility section is about 20 minutes. She starts at the top with neck movements, works her way down to the feet and finishes with full body movements on the floor. It has a dynamic stretching section, but I haven't done it yet. It's now part of my daily routine : I do the basic joint mobility moves from memory for about 5-10 minutes to loosen up then I do the six exercises from the 3 Minutes to a Pain Free Life book by Joseph Weisberg.

Thanks for the additional info, Jana! I have her Lower Back DVD, which is nice, although it's pretty similar to a lot of other stuff I have; I wonder if I'd like the Joint Mobility one even better.

I think the cover is misleading, it is not a "girly" but a tough kettlebell workout.
I totally agree!

I bought a lot and loved a lot in 2012. (sigh) Besides Lisa Balash's workout, my biggest unexpected positive surprises of 2012 were Skogg2, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, and Cathe Friedrich's old High Step Training Advanced. I had a "meh" response when they were first released but ended up buying them and now use them a lot .... I didn't click with Special Body or HOCO, though. I'm grateful there are at least two workouts in the world I'm safe from.

I have that one too and didn't really like it. Maybe I should try it again since I'm only doing easy workouts while my abdominal muscle heals. I agree Lower Back is similar to other stretching/yoga DVDs. However, Joint Mobility is different than anything else I have.

Best:
Leah Sarago - Upper Body and Lower Body DVDs
Sara Ivanhoe - Yoga On The Edge DVD
I'm anticipating that the new DVD from The Dailey Method and Leah's Total Body DVDs will make this list too....

Meh:
Leah Sarago - Core DVD (although I haven't tried it in a while - maybe my feelings will have changed a bit)

Worst:
None!

No worst, really. I purchased a lot in 2012 and liked just about everything I got. My least used are prolly DeltaFit and JNL Body F/X-I like them; just haven't gotten around to doing them much since I"m doing Bikram yoga 6 days per week.
