I wish instructors would stop saying things like "Let go of all the stress" or "Now all that stress is gone", etc.

When I'm having a good workout and feeling great, comments like that REMIND me of my stress.

I think the "total silence" option is always available. Just press "mute" or lower the volume all the way.

Now that I notice. I hardly ever notice if the music's bad, but I do know when it's good, like with Amy Bento's workouts.

I agree: I'd much rather have a music off option than an instruction off option. I'm not so sure why so many videos have the latter and so few have the former.
