I use the "green genies" that I got with an old Karen Voight workout that I had years ago. They are three pounds each and very squishy. Perfect for Tracie's workouts.

I use an eight pound med ball.

I usually use the soft, small Valeo balls - for me, the small size makes them so much easier to handle than a regular med ball:

2 to 6 pounds...I have one "regular" hard/slightly bouncy medicine ball that is 3 pounds but it is too large for me to use most of the time.

I use my 3 lb DB with a 1 1/2 lb wrist weight attached. I keep checking, but haven't found one at Marshall's yet...
